Lonestar Girls Ranked 26th in Nation, 4th within the Southern Region

 On January 27th, USYSA announced the girls national ranking for club soccer in the US, ranking the Lonestar Soccer Club girls program at 26th in the nation. This is an incredible achievement for such a young club, and worth noting is that LSC is the youngest club on the list.

 The Fox Soccer Channel will be airing 12 US men’s college soccer games this season & TWO former Lonestar players will make an appearance in the first game!  This Friday, big rivals, Clemson University & University of South Carolina will face off in the season opener.  Lonestar alumni from the ’91 Boys Red (USSF) team, Wesley Nelson & Marco Alcocer, will both make an appearance, now playing for Clemson University.  This Friday, September 3rd at 7 PM CST on the Fox Soccer Channel.

Also catch the UNC men’s game, air date TBD, and watch former ‘92B Red Lonestar Alumni Justin Sealy!

Lonestar Player Called up to the u14 National Team!

 Congratulations Mikaela Harvey!!!  Mikaela has been invited to join the U.S. under -14 Girls National Team for the domestic training camp in Carson, CA at the end of September.  Only 36 players nationwide were selected for this camp!  During this time, players will participate in training sessions & matches.  This extraordinary opportunity comes shortly after Mikaela’s experience at the US National Team Camp in Portland, Oregon this past summer where only handpicked players from across the country participated.
  
Mikaela currently plays on the Lonestars ’96 Girls ECNL team.
